Which pro do you associate yourself with structurally and muscle-insertion wise? I would identify myself as a of Joel Stubbs( have an awesome back, and I'm wide as a boat, with a small bone structure), except I'm white lol and with solid quads. My dad in his youth( before getting to like 200 lb 25%) looked somewhat like a skinnier version of Steve Reeves. My grandpa is the 73 year old version of the Jay Cutler. He's 5'8" 210 lb under 20% body fat, and hasn't weight-trained for years, he just does some light farmwork. He's built like a tank, his wrists are as thick as my ankles. I hear after a year of training he did a 200 lb military press at 15....Too bad he stopped training at 18, due to being forced into serving in the army, afterwards got married worked at the hospital while maintaining a large farm. His structure wasn't ideal for bb, but his heavy stocky structure was ideal for powerlifting.

LOL....no disrespect dude....but with 17" arms, a 35 inch waist and 47" chest, you are NOTHING like Joel Stubbs LOL......do you understand what these pro's look like, even the ones who aren't considered top tier??? Im sure you're in great shape and strong build....but to compare your structure with Joel Stubbs is like saying you can beat a bench warming NBA player in one on one......Ain't happening

I have phenomenal tricep insertions/strength to the point where i haven't worked them out directly in years due to being incredibly disproportional to my biceps/shoulders
i can easily do 50+ full-rom dips at 190lbs currently(not much to some but way ahead of everybody i know close to me in weight/overall strength. Call me stupid but i feel like my triceps have the same insertions as roelly. obv not the size just shape.MS, Computer Science
Feel free to PM me CS questions
