    Avocado

    I just have a few question regarding Avocado's, they are suppose to be really good for weight lost, can anyone tell me why and do you have to eat them a certain time or certain way. I have trouble acquiring a taste without adding them to a sandwich or salad but do I get the same effect.

    Avocados are great but like anything else, the name of the item/food does not determine if it is good/bad for weight loss. To lose weight, your net energy needs to be negative (caloric deficit). Conversely, to gain weight, your net energy needs to be positive (caloric surplus).
