    Need tips.

    Hello, I am 18 years old and I want to change my body I weight 290 lbs and I am 6feet 3. Ive been training for 1 years! I started to do cardio this week. I do about 30min of incline walking and it burn about 600cal. Now, I just need to create a good diet. Some people told me to decrease my carbs, some say do not. I dont know what to do. If you guys have any tips about losing weight, dont be shy and help me Thanks.

    Give this stuff a read.

    Basic Fat Loss Process

    1. Calculate your calories and macros
    2. Eat about 20% less calories than you burn each day while still meeting minimum protein and fat. Get the remainder of cals from carbs.
    3. Buy a kitchen scale and weigh everything that you eat.
    4. Count calories using a site like MyFitnessPal. Count accurately.
    5. Lift heavy weights to preserve muscle mass, on a structured program (see below). Why not your own routine? Read this.
    6. If nothing happens after 3 weeks, reexamine calculations, and eat less.
