ok boys, really trying to get consistent in the gym so I'll be posting workouts in here as well as my journal. Had to really push myself just to go the gym today b/c I was so exahusted by the time I got home from work.
(1) BENCH PRESS:
45 x 10
135 x 10
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
335 x 1
365 x 3
365 x 2
315 (paused) x 6
still weak as shiit. Strength isn't coming back nearly as fast as I'd hope. On top of that I had to lift without my wrist wraps, so I felt more unstable than usual. Would have gotten a rep or two more if I didn't puss out b/c I didn't have a spot.
(2) HIGH BAR SQUATS:
45 x 5
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 2
335 x 2
365 x 2
385 x 2
Man, doubles are so much easier. Even mentally, knowing I only have to do 2 reps makes me feel so much more confident.
(3) CGBP:
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3
315 x 3
275 x 4
My RC started to really kill me and my wrist too w/o the wraps
(4) TRICEP PUSHDOWNS:

solid workout Manly. i cant wait for the day i can get a 365x2 bench and call it a weak day lol. high bar squats look like they are getting heavier. you liking those
@Farley, good luck on the possible modship. it is mostly a pain in the ass but the fun is worth itYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Bulking til the end of the year probably, then might train for another half-marathon while cutting. Up to 213 currently but would like to stay under 225, no clue what my waist line is.
