Mainly scotch and beer. I liked vodka too, but only with Red Bull. Black Label was so awesome, I can still feel it in my mouth four years later.

There's this guy that's my age at my gym that is starting to get to me. I just got released from my job as a front desk agent this last month and I don't know how but he got promoted to manager. He thought was the sheet and would walk around like his poop don't stink. I found out he works out at my gym and I went up to him a few times when I was working under him and he would barely pay attention. Now that I got released, he is giving these dirty looks and keeps staring at me when I'm lifting. I don't know if I should just keep ignoring him or what. What would you guys do?

I can think of a couple of ways to get him.

1.) Offer to spot him when he's benching. When you spot him, straddle his head so your junk is rubbing against it.

2.) Offer to spot him when he's benching, and just let the weight fall on his chest.

3.) Follow him around the gym, stand 2 feet from him at all times, and repeat every exercise he does right after him. That would drive me to throw a dumbbell through the mirror.

Bro spot him and make him think it's all him, convince him to add like an extra plate on each side and then be like "psyche, it wasn't all you" and watch him struggle with it.

If your gym has 100 lb plates use those:

I remember one time my buddy and I decided to use them on bench press and I did like a set of 5 or 6 with them and really struggled on the last rep. And your classic high school jock laughs at me and says "Jason's struggling with 135, let me show you how it's done." He got on the bench and I gave him a lift-off so he wouldn't suspect anything and then he just lowered it to his chest and got stuck. I said "You might want to check those 'plates' again.....those are are 100s," and then just walked out while he struggled and dumped the weight. My greatest nerd > jock moment ever.

If the Texans would've kicked a FG at the end instead of getting that last TD on 3rd down I would've won in a league. I lost by 1.xx points. It was a PPR league and I had Welker and Shayne Graham and couldn't clear a 10 point deficit.

I clinched in that league long ago anyways, but it allowed my best friend to get in (if i beat him, he was out, he beat me, he was #4 seed). His team is the only one I'm really scared of and it allowed him to get into the playoffs. Now i play him again this week.

Jack Daniels Winter liquor is pretty tasty. It is just like a strong cider. You can sip/gulp it straight. Could possibly chug, but it wasn't what i wanted to do at all.

Not very strong though. Like a 15-20% liquor IIRC.

I will say, if you make White Russians (vodka, milk, kahlua) they become exponentially better if you add in baileys.
