Either way progress is being made in the mirror and in the gym so lets keep the good streak rolling.

Peanut Butter and Banana Stuffed Muffins
Sweet Potato with Jam, Cookie Butter, Fluff, Cinnamon Sugar and Honey
Egg Scramble with Broccoli and Cheese
Peanut Butter Protein Pudding with Apples and Chocolate Sugar
Thats what i am talking about!

Dont worry
Deep Tissue massage this morning
Squats this afternoon
Then buying a new car for the family.
Mom had problems with her Acura RSX, i think fuel got into the radiator because it has been leaking like crazy, scared to drive the damn thing so it may shut off any second. So we are going to trade it and get her a new car this morning with my dad (who i dont really talk to and dont respect much but thats another story that i think we have chatted about before)
So today looks like this
Grocery Shopping.
New Car
Deep Tissue Massage
Squats
Ice Cream.
lol each set does not take 5 minutes, thats 30 seconds a deadlift (rep). If your deadlifting that slow you may as well chalk up an hour worth of deadlifting, which is not happening.
Rep a deadlift, reset, deep breath, and pull

Epic Grocery Store Find....
Red Velvet - Could be my new #1 over gingerbead. Tastes just like you have the good mix of vanilla/chocolate like a piece of cheesecake from the frosting. I heated it up, but i bet it would be very good frozen
Peanut Butter Crunch - Not bad, CTC is still king, but this is like a crunchy cereal with a Pb2 coating, i would still highly recommend if you are a PB Fan.

I tried my cinnamon swirl whey for the first time this morning in some oatmeal. Was pretty freaking good; thanks for the recommendation. I've got an ulcer on my tongue though so everything I eat is a little painful right now, lol.
