They have to beat Georgia first, keep your mouth shut.

ND has beat 5 top 15 teams this year
Oregon could not even beat standford and with their offense was held to 7 points after scoring 55+ on USC.

This is college football anything can happen, and with the #1 Defense in ND they always say "Defense wins championships"

Pie looks great. Squats look great. Grats on the ND win. Ready to see Bama vs. ND in the NC, so much tradition with both teams. Got to get through GA first.
If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

Setup is very different, but the pictures are showing leg growth and size. Very happy with that. Worth the pain.

Probably 2-3 years, have to grow into a middle weight from a 154 cutoff to 176 thats a lot of LBM to gain and a lot of time it will take to do so.

Google.com ---> Shepards Pie, replace white potato with Sweet Potato

I also mashed a banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and splenda into the mashed sweet potatoes
Very simple and easy. Bottom is Beef + Veggies

Uhhh of course you're going to have an upset when there are 50+ games going on each week. It's not a statistical anomaly.

But I agree about it being competitive, "That's why they play the game."

Hey Bob, I know that you mentioned that you do abs on off days with cardio, what's your circuit like? Just something your came up with and like or did the strength guys cook up something good for you?

2-3 Sets for Upper Abs, and 2-3 Sets for Lower Abs or planks.. Various exercises that target those area's, never the same.
    I dont do circuits.

The Strength Guys dont do Ab Circuits or make AB workouts, Ab's are mostly made with diet and genetics (which mine are very far from good)
