haha ....so long ago when I first so this thread I thought......wtf does this guy think he is manu? after seeing the work and progress I say you CAN run with him. Look what you did in such a short a time. Definetely inspirational. I think you will make more progress in these next 2 years than most people will make in an entire lifetime.

Solid leg sess....But your def not hitting depth on those 405 squats. I know your video is from a bad angle, but it doesnt look like you are near breaking hip/knee depth.
Why not take squat vids from the side and show your legs more? instead of upper body only squat videos.
inB4 I cant squat 405 (which I cant lol).

Thanks man! And I've said it before and I'll say it again...I go BARELY to parallel if not a little above. I don't go ATG and don't break hip/knee depth.
I used to squat ATG and my quads never grew. As soon as I began going to parallel or a little above, my quads have added more size than ever...and ultimately, I'm a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter.
I usually just throw up the camera around that area because its easiest and I hate having to deal with a camera while I workout haha

YES! This is so true! In my opinion, as long as you have a strong MMC, I could care less about form. Take Jason Huh for example...he does quarter reps and look at him...even if you do take away any "enhancements" that may be there, he OBVIOUSLY has a strong MMC or his body wouldn't grow..FORM IS SO RELATIVE
