The compact version:
1 - know what you want
2 - write stuff down
3 - do what suits you and not others
4 - use full range of motion
5 - don't learn from youtube or big mofos
6 - more water
7 - veggies are good, eat more
8 - calculate calories
9 - don't eat junk food
10 - the magic post workout "window of opportunity"
And i kinda stopped there, that's the gist of it.
I'd be amazed if someone was honestly impressed by him going over mere common sense.People these days have more reps than brain cells
