    Watched it all late last night at work. I like how he addresses there's not simple answers for how much protein/carbs one should have. Gonna download that .pdf to jot down some of the key points.

    I did the same thing. There are a lot of things he talked about that I'm not currently doing that I should be. Like drinking water. I don't get nearly enough at the moment.

    The equation he's used before for detox is 0.6 - 0.7oz per lb. of bodyweight:
    200lb. man
    200x0.6 = 120oz
    200x0.7 = 140oz
    or 3.5 - 4 liters per day.

    Don't know if that's the formula referenced in his speech, but that's what he recommends in MI40 for a detox week.

    Yeah, I think more people should listen to what Pakman is saying. Everyones body has differences and works optimally with different foods / supplements.
