Grrrrrrr I keep going back and forth about whether I want to continue logging or not. I'm such a woman! Can't make up my mind about anything. I'm embarrassed to say but I'm considering cutting again and I'm scared my lifts will go down if I do so, which is why I didn't want to log anymore. I was pretty upset at my failed sumo earlier this week and don't want to log if I'm not seeing progress. I've been benching for how long now and can barely get 100 x 5? Argh this frustrates me so much! I am really trying to get stronger, at the same time I'd like to cut down a bit. Just frustrated at the moment and I'm trying to set realistic goals for myself but I'm having a hard time doing it. There. That's what's on my mind...and it sucks.
On a side note, I forgot my love in the gym today (my notebook) so I had to record everything in my phone. Felt weird and I missed my good ol pen and paper. What am I gonna do with myself!

Good night, sweet heavenly blessed avatar-less beauty of peace.
Edit: Just saw ^, do whatever you wanna do. Progress is progress. I know dat feel of wanting to cut but not wanting to stop the gainnzzzzz. Dear log,
I love you all. Ok so this session was pretty much identical to last week, except I added in some ab work and dips at the end. Had to look through my log to find last week's session because I forgot my notebook! I was almost at the gym, was gonna turn back around and go home to get it but I was 20 minutes out so thought EFF that. No point...
Back & Shoulders Hyper
BB Rows
100 x 8 x 3
Face Pulls
60 x 12 x 3
^^^ I am liking these more and more
DB Rows
35 x 15 x 2 gonna try 40's next week! *fingers crossed*
Seated DB Press
30 x 10 x 2
35 x 8
CGPD
60 x 15 x 2
Reverse Pec Deck
25 x 15 x 2
Lateral Raises
12.5 x 12
12.5 x 13 did an extra one. oops lol
12.5 x 12
I wanna thank my friend Nick (texicus) for telling me about cable crunches. They burn sooo good! I never do any ab work but I thought why wouldn't I want to train everything? Did a few sets of those, felt weird at first but I like them so I'll keep them. Also, iceman recommended doing dips twice a week because I was stalling at 3 reps. Tried doing the 2 reps, rest 20 seconds, 2 reps ect ect but I only got to 11 then I was like yeaaah that's good lol. Stupid elbow hurts me sometimesPatience, dedication, drive.

Vitor, that cat pic put a big smile on my face I agree, my log keeps me more motivatd and I really get some good advice here. I'd still be a high rep, light weight ******* if it weren't for my log.
I don't give myself enough credit but I'm loving the progress I've made since eating more. I do not miss that 1500 calories a day BS! Even when I cut this next time around, I won't be at that much of a deficitPatience, dedication, drive.

Dear log,
Ask a girl who never feels satisfied enough to leave the gym anything. Go! Not srs. Don't ask me anything. I just like doing a lot of stuff. Doing lots of stuff makes me feel good, real good. I don't think I could ever just go and do 3 things and leave. Alright so I was all whining and complaining to my friend that my hip flexors were hurting too much to squat, then I saw him squatting and got jelly because I wanted to be under that bar so bad! So I did a little bit and the more I got into it the less discomfort I felt. I wanted to try going for 20 reps again just because I like how it feels.
I got a video of my deadlifts and I feel like they're meh so any tips would be appreciated. Not used to pulling this style since I'm a sumo lover <3 Really wanted to work my lower back tonight so I did some cable pull throughs also. Some girl was straight staring at me the whole time while doing those. I wanted to say, "yeah I know these look weird! I swear this is an actual exercise and I am not just trying to have intimate relations with this rope."
Lower Hyper
Squats
115 x 10
135 x 8 x 2
95 x 20
Leg Extensions
110 x 15 x 2
Leg Press
270 x 20 x 2
Hip Thrusts
185 x 10 x 3
Bulgarian Split Squats
15 x 10 x 2 per side
Deads
155 x 10
165 x 10
175 x 8
Lying Leg Curls
40 x 15 x 2
Cable Pulls Throughs
60 x 10
70 x 10 x 2
Standing DB Calf Raises
55 x 40 x 2
My friend who was filming said these looked good, but idk.
Come at me mate!Patience, dedication, drive.

keep loggin, my numba one bish.
seriously... this log is the bomb. just look at how many people read and reply with awesome feedback.
i think you're crazy if you stop it!
if you need anything you know where to find me...
inb4panerabread
cable crunches are the bomb too... probably my favorite ab exercise. those and leg raises.
i can totally relate about not wanting to leave the gym.
i literally have to force myself to stop lifting on some days, because once my adrenaline gets going I feel like I can just lift and lift and lift and... yeah.
finally, your deads look pretty freakin' good. your back never rounds and you keep a steady, smooth motion through the pull. works for me.Upgraded from "curls for the girls" to "rows for the hoes".

Let me get the hook up with dat dere Panera Bread. I love the Frontega chicken panini haha. Anyway, thanks Ryan. Really appreciate the support and feedback. And also thanks for the form check! Always worried about how those look from the side since I always get front videos. As I type this...I am still wishing I did more. Is that what they call over training? Lol

Deads look good to me Brittany, maybe try and keep the weight on your heels a tad more but otherwise they look spot on!

Lower sessions MUST be more brutal!!! Yeah those pulldowns are getting easier, also, I believe my curls are getting stronger. Usually doing spider curls with 15's make my biceps burn like crazy. Didn't feel it yesterday :/ we shall see next week!
Apparently Youtube is being a lil bish and now I can't see the video you know you like those nasty songs!Patience, dedication, drive.
