For anyone unfamiliar with my previous cutting log, here it is if you're interested. If you havnt read all 154 pages, dont ask any questions... <3.

Ok, so anyway. I ended my last bulk in September of 2010, and if I remember correctly I was 225 lbs. I began the previous log in October and got down from this...
To this, in about 2.5 months using CKD.
I weighed 186'ish lbs in the last pic and was pretty happy with the size I retained.
Then I crashed on the bro'riffic CKD diet when I got sick and decided to have some carbs for a few days. Stopped lifting for 3-4 months (partly due to moving which aided in my laziness) and gained pretty much all of the fat back. I also lost a lot of muscle in the process.
Once I finally started back I looked like this...
It took me a little while to decide what method to use for this cut. I tried carb cycling, but luckily was turned onto IIFYM. That is how I will cut and bulk from now on. Here is the IIFYM link for anyone unfamiliar with it.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=133634471
After a little while on that cut I started Abs & Ice Cream. For anyone unfamiliar with that project you can find all the videos on my youtube channel through the video I will provide. These 2 vids were shot at the end of that cut. I weighted about 162 lbs.
I had clearly lost a good bit of muscle since my original cut.
Then in August I got a new job where I was traveling constantly and decided to take a break for giving a F about macros or working out for a while and once again gained a good bit of fat back. It was about a 3 month break, and again I lost a good bit more muscle.
Then a few months ago I started lifting again and once again resumed the cut. I went from 162 lbs in August to 195 lbs in December, which is when I started back.
I was 172 lbs as of 2 weeks ago which until yesterday was the last time I lifted. I got married last Saturday and took the week before and most of the week after off of the gym and my diet.
As of yesterday I have decided that I have lost entirely too much muscle to continue cutting and that I will bulk for 2 years straight or until I hot 250 lbs, whichever comes first. I believe that I have lost about 30 lbs of LMB which should come back fairly quickly. If you dont believe in muscle memory I'm sorry, I do so suck it.
I was 180lbs when I lifted fasted today around noon. I think I have a good deal of bloat that I will be losing over the next week though, because I went a little crazy on my honeymoon lol.
So here we go!
