    Slow release protein with milk???

    Will protein powder still be released slowly if its mixed with fully skimmmed 0% fat milk??? or does it have to be mixed with semi skimmed or full fat milk?? If im right, the fats obsorb the protein then release it slowly right???

    Mix it with water, milk, beer, gasoline, whatever you want. Drink it. Then get a stop watch and time how long it takes to kick in.

    Well what an idiot you are. You obviously dont know the difference between mixing protein with water or milk. Mixing with water is instant release and mixing with milk is slow release (to be taken before you go bed) so that the protein slowly released through the night where your not getting any intake.

    Seriously, dude.

    It's not going to make the slightest difference. Casein takes about 6 hours to digest. Anything it's mixed with, even less. In the grand scheme of things, the affect on protein absorption is minimal.
