low bar back squat from 210-315

How long would it take for me to get to a 315 pound squat from a 210 pound squat on starting strength. I was just wondering so I could be in great shape for track next year after this year. I am 6 foot 1 inch and about 185lbs I really want to stay under or equal to 190. So with those factors in mind a good estimate would be nice. Thank you.

Not very long if you are consistent. Just by practicing the movement you will make super fast gains.

Are referring to a single rep or for 3 sets of 5?

You might not be able to progress that far on SS but as BombDonald said if you're consistent then you'll get there eventually.

could be quick if you do it right. this is how my squat exploded in weight: master the form, hit parallel, and keep a tight, straight back. but rep-wise this is what i did. say i did 210 for 9 reps, i want to go lower on reps to improve strength, so try 225. get 6-8 reps, then up it. 245; if you get 6, try 255. at this point i'd get 4 or 5. so next week, push 255 for 5 or 6. that kind of drive really helped me get to 455+ really quickly. its all about "how far can i push this?[*with good, solid form*]"

I meant a five rep max so yeah. Thanks for all the help everyone. Squats are awsome they helped increase my sprint tremedously. I went from a 4.75 to a 4.70 just from increasing my squat from 85 to 220 so far cant wait to see how fast i will be at 315.
