thought this would be a cool video. shows the different types of abs that there are. genetics is what determines your abdominal pattern via your abdominal tendon placement. watch the video. most common is obviously 6 pack.
Arnold Schwarzenegger had a 4-pack formation.
Lou Ferrigno had a 5-pack.
Ryan Reynolds has a 6-pack.
Ulisses Williams, Jr. is famous for his 8-pack formation.
i have the 6-pack tendon formation.
this is me right now, i'm down to 183 on my cut
and this was me before i went on my bulk to 202.

No, i have definitely been and am at a low enough body fat to see. Not only is it a 3 pack but also one side of my abs stick out more, its honestly very very unaesthetic. My aim atm is to get the bloated bodybuilder/powerlifter look who is pretty low bodyfat, but cannot see ab definition.Originally Posted by jmstrings

Is it possible to isolate one ab? All my abs are the same size except my top right ab. It's half the size of its left counterpart causing the right row of abs not to line up with the left row.
I'm guessing if I increase its size to match its left brother, it will push down the row and cause the row to line up with the other.
