Day 34 LEGS
Today was a great day.. besides the crummy weather we had here today.. I put together a small video for today,nothing special..
I must say I definitely needed the extra carbs I had yesterday.. I felt rejuvenated this morning and got a full 8 hrs of sleep last night.
I upped my breakfast this morning because it was big boy day in the gym...
Breakfast
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of protein
Gave it about 20 minutes and hit the Juggernaut....
Pre Workout
1 scoop Juggernaut HP
250mg L-Carnitine
500mg Green Tea Extract
15 minutes and out the door.......
Cardio 1
25 minutes elliptical 2.28m
Now for my favorite part of the log.. The stuff that reminds me where the pain come from earlier...

set a PR today and got my first mile 10minutes 30 seconds
Ok I wanted to post this picture of something I observed today while doing leg extensions..
That is a first for me to see veins bulging out of my legs... I have to hand it Juggernaut HP on the rating scale all the way down from taste, energy,pump and strength, focus and far beyond describable this surpasses the scale of 10.
It was time to get home and kill some post workout...
Post workout
2 scoops of protein
5g infinite Labs glutamine
5g micronized creatine
250mg L-Carnitine
500mg Green Tea Extract
got cleaned up and had some lunch..
Lunch
16oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup multi grain spaghetti
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Ran around all over god's creation and finally got to sit down for a simple dinner...
Dinner
2 5 oz can of chicken
1 multi grain wrap w/flax.....
I have not had all my meals today and will most likely have another meal today and a protein shake loaded with glutamine and creatine. I will add another log to today later tonight..Look sharp, act sharp, be sharp!!!

Rest of nutrtion for day 34
Ok ended up pretty simple and diet back on to where It needs to be.. I am feeling ok just tired from today's routine.. Ready for tomorrow though..
I am going to go ahead post up the rest of the nutrition for today..
Dinner 2
2 5 oz can white tuna
mustard and hot sauce
1 cup of white popcorn
Getting ready to shut it down for the night and made me a nice little shake for bed..

I like your idea of cheating. Funny as this contest goes further along all the Juggernauts are getting harder on themselves with cheat days. I ate a raisin its my cheat day. I walked by a pizza palor it smelled good. Thats my cheat day haha Its a good thing. Keep being hard on yourself with your diet. Im trying to do the same myself.

Day 35 Cardio Only
I changed today up.. Legs burning up from yesterday's routine and back and bi's were on the agenda today.. So I swapped today with tomorrow... I am just tired and coming up to the mid point of this.... It is in my sights and gonna tear up the next 7 weeks even harder than the first 5.
I slept into today until 1105hrs.. and made my way to the kitchen and made some breakfast and PWO drink....
Breakfast
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of protein
Pre-workout
did not make the switch of the day and ended up using
1 scoop of Juggernaut HP
250mg L-Carnitine
500mg Green tea extract
15 minutes later out the door, got to the gym and realized it was not a day for wrecking havoc on my back.
Cardio
20 minutes treadmill... 1.83 miles
I look back to what my starting cardio was when I started
and I must say everything is improving overall..
went from barely doing a 1.25 up to this in 20min.....
I headed home and grabbed a quick lunch had to head off to band practice today....
Lunch
1 5oz can of white tuna
1 multi grain wrap w/flax
Went and banged on the drums for a hour and a half.. Yeah counting this as round two of cardio lol.
Got home and cooked up this weeks food...... ummm you guessed it chicken....
Dinner
16oz Baked Chicken breast
1 cup of multi grain linguine
OK seems weekends I am eating a lot less than through out the week but it is working for me...
Tonight before bed.. I will be smashing down.
bed meal
1 scoop of protein
5g infinite labs glutamine mtx
5g micronized creatine
ZMA
Now tomorrow I should be back on track and should be filled with copious amounts of energy to destroy my back and biceps.....
Before you know it the 28th will be here and Juggernauts will unite...

That's just what I said a day or two ago I schedule leg day just before a rest day because I put so much intensity into It's great to see Juggers thinking alike!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On usual splits I set Back and Legs day with rest days following those days.... No clue of why the program I am had it set like that just gives me something else to tweak I guess lol.. Up until now I have been doing ok If those days lead into something else but with me trying to pull some calories back here and there along with carbs it is more problematic lol... Any way heading off to rest up to destroy the back tomorrow..

Ok I am going to split today's log up a little bit today.. I have been really busy with work and putting together a new video for your viewing pleasure...
