    You cannot decrease fat in a particular area... Body fat is stored throughout your whole body, so you need to reduce your overall bf before you will see progress in your stomach.

    "Fastest" and "recommended" are two different concepts. For "fastest" a cal deficit of -3500/dy would be very very speedy (and quite unhealthy). For "recommended", your best info will be in the nutrition forum: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13

    You can't spot reduce fat, meaning; body fat goes up or down over the entire body, not in just one area (such as the chest).
    Ideally, proper diet and a good routine will do it for ya.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to lose body fat in the area of your choosing. All you can do to lose fat is use proper nutrition and through eating less calories than you are using throughout the day. If you have an iphone, try out the myfitnesspal app. It's a great way to track calories, count your macros, and it can even recommend the number of calories you should eat daily according to your height and weight.

    There are also plenty of stickies in the losing fat section of the forums that will point you in the right direction for getting rid of some extra body fat. Good luck

    Eat more frequently smaller portions with less sugar and bad carbs. 5-6 times a day.
