My gawd I cant wait to train again. This is killing me. I am only about 80% right now. So I think I am going to wait another couple days to avoid relapse. Apaprently the relapse is 10X worse then the actual flu, ffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
In my down time I am getting my Strength and Conditioning PT Certification, which will become useful for the BBC.

So did you not test your DL and bench after you finished the Coan cycles because of your ****gy time flu excuse?
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

u fuking *******... I fuked up my groin/TFL doing smolov meso so I was thinking of concentrating on PP for awhile, and was considering running what you did. You said you wouldn't recommend it, but you didn't even get to test afterwards so wtf man... what are you gonna do if you still can't squat?

Hammer deadlifts like its no tomorrow so when I do squat I will actually have a mans deadlift.
I would not recommend it for someone who has a full time job and other stresses in life. I could of made through it when I was in college, but not now. It also got quite repetitive. I need PR days so I can keep the morale up and look forward to crushing my workouts. Not going into a workout praying I can hit the required reps lol.

I have lost a bit of strength thats for sure, and form feels way off but it will come back in due time.
Bench
225 x 5
275 x 2
315 x 1
275 x 5 x 2
CGBP
245 x 6 x 2
OHP
130 x 7 x 2
Just an acclimation day to see where I was at so I can start my new program next week. I am going to do a couple cycles of 5/3/1. Then go into my 3/5/1 until a meet. My body could use the volume right now.
Tonight I am going to try and squat and deadlift. I am still kind of sick so I am not going crazy this week. Hopefully the knee lets me squat.

Squatted and deadlifted yesterday. Going to start 5/3/1 on monday. I could use the volume for the next couple months.
Squats
135 x 5
185 x 5 x 2
225 x 3 x 3
Deadlifts
365 x 1
405 x 1 x 2
Deads felt decent for being sick and losing so much weight. Squats felt alright as well. Today the right knee is sore, but no drastic pain or it giving out. YET.
Off this weekend to relax and work.

Workout 1 of 5/3/1 Cycle (4/1/13)
Bench
235 x 5
250 x 5
265 x 9
Floor Press
245 x 6 x 3
CGBP
225 x 8 x 3
OHP
135 x 5 x 3
Notes
Feels so amazing to be back to training. BEen getting my weight back up to around 210 since having the flu, but I have gotten significantly fatter in the past few weeks LOL. Bench felt new, mostl ikely because I havent benched much to be honest, so form was very shaky. I could probably of gotten 10 but it would be of been a grinder. Bench will be back up there soon. I am using 345 max for bench, 500 max for deadlift, 195 for OHP, and a huge question mark for squat. Still tyring to squat pain free, but will be upping the volume a bit there to see where im at.

Workout 2 of 5/3/1 Cycle (4/2/13)
Deadlifts
335 x 5
365 x 5
385 x 7 (had one or two more, but form was breaking)
Wide Grip Pull ups
BW x 8 x 3
Notes
Was a busy day working on cars so didn't have as much steam as I wanted for this workout, but decent nonetheless. I have been working on my deadlift form alot by moving my feet out wider and also my grip. Trying to get my butt alittle more down and my shoulders behind teh bar. Compeltely different process now, but its feeling better. Deadlift took a bit of a hit from the flu last week and stance change but it will be back soon enouh.

Workout 3 of 5/3/1 Cycle (4/4/13)
OHP
135 x 5
140 x 5
150 x 9
105 x 10 x 3
Floor Press
255 x 5 x 3
Front Lateral Raises/Rear Lateral Raises
3x15 (Supersetted)
Notes
OHP doesn't seem to have taken too huge of a hit. I may of had 10 in me too, but was getting gassed pretty bad. Still happy for 9 though. Floor press felt good too.
Workout 4 of 5/3/1 Cycle (4/5/13)
Squats
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3 x 3
Goodmornings
135 x 8 x 3
Wide Grip Pull ups
BW x 8 x 4
Calves
135 x 12 x 4
Notes
Felt good to get a bit of weight on my shoulders. Need actually didnt feel too bad today for once. Bit sore, but not too much pain. Hopefully this is a good sign. 275 felt decently hard, but getting 3 was still very easy. I moved my stance in liek crazy and pointed my toes out a bit more. Feels different, but I feel like I have more of my body mass directly under me now which is a good thing.
Also did calves for the first time . Gunna start doing this a couple times a week and see if it elevates some knee pain.
