    Feels good to pull again! I'm definitely not used to short rest times on deads, and the last couple were 9's if I take strict form into account. I could have gotten 315 or 325 for a couple sets, but I was really focusing on form. Everything else felt great, and it was good to lift in the morning again for a change!     Cheats or Refeeds regardless if bulking or not can be incorporates. Remember the total caloric surplus is what matters to grow, how you set up the macros is personal preference, some like just higher kcals, some like to keep a cheat or refeed in there.

    How many calories are you on at the moment?
    Does it matter whether you get calories from "Clean" foods? or Is it ok to eat chocolate and sweets as long as you meet your Protein, Carbs and fats?

    Wow, what a day at school. The kids were awful today lol. Worst day so far. Hopefully it will make the following days feel like a walk in the park .

    I loved this workout. I was feeling out some of the exercises, so weights were not where they should be yet on some (like the neutral grip db press), but I am happy with how I felt. I haven't done any of these exercises (besides skulls and shrugs) in a long time. Decline felt awkward, but I'll adjust! Inclines felt heavy, but my db's suck. They're plate loaded, old school, and the handles are VERY small. Just kicking them into position is a beotch. I'll take a pic one day so you can see what I'm talking about.

    Tomorrow is 20 mins LISS cardio and mobility work. Let's get huge!

    I just posted a video on my Pumpkin Overnight Volume oats . I usually use that or if I'm going chocolate, I skip the pumpkin and use chocolate whey + cocoa powder + splenda.

    Glad to have ya, sir! Yeah, I'm in grow mode. I've been gaining roughly .25-.75lbs a week. Pretty much right on track .

    Nice! Memories... You'd be surprised, I have a huge swing in macros. I can take in up to 3500+ and not gain much, but to get REALLY shredded I have to get fairly low, too lol.
