I still had a migrane like headache when i woke up, but it actually started to go away toward the end of my workout lol. Weird how stuff like that happens. I had TERRIBLE trapped gas the past two days and took the browns to the superbowl today. Big time lol. Felt much better! I'm thinking about ordering some digestive enzymes, but don't know where to look... Anyhow, I'm giving macros a little bump this week to see what happens when Friday rolls around.
NOTE : Most of my food pics only picture "part" of my meals. If you don't see a protein source in the pic, changes are I had something simple like eggs or chicken on the side.

LOL. My lower macros are from a combination of things : 1.)I ended up doing a mini which originally was only going to last two weeks... I ended up cutting for 2 months lol, so I'm slowly bringing macros back up. 2.) My super high macros was when i was doing 400-500 cal cardio post workout EVERY time I lift. Now I do cardio like once a week. MAYBE lol. 3.) Sometimes I'm not that hungry, I get busy and then I don't want to cram 1700 cals before bed like I used to (strong indigestion ftl!)

Maybe do a fast 10 minute circuit routine with warming up exercises in the bodyparts you are working and maybe some opposing muscle groups. It really helps get me going and loosen up a little bit in the process. So after I do this I am ready to kill all of my exercises instead of waking up halfway through.

I love my quesadilla maker! 2nd Best Christmas present eva!
That was actually a regular cherry pop tart. Original cherry > cherry turnover. The turnover is basically the same thing just more tart vs. sweet.
I can eat mexican all day er'day!
Not a bad idea. Thanks, B!

1-10-11 Off Day
misc.
So today was supposed to be my 400 cal cardio day that I told myself I was going to do once a week... stomach was acting lame again (I think I found the culprit in my fridge lol), so I said to hell with it. The more I rest, the more I grow (whether it be muscle or fat lol). I also sold my bodymedia to Sarah's brother. He works asphalt in the warmer months and always ends up dropping a ton of weight, regardless of what he eats, so he was interested in buying one, so I saved him a few bucks. I just dropped like $4000000000000 on books for this semester (stupid math book + online access code was $197!!!! wtf). Oh well, just gotta roll with the punches. I can't wait to pull some deads tomorrow!!~
chocolate banana loaf topped w/myofusion vanilla sludge w/pb & cream cheese - if you want the recipe, ask bob!! (thesolution) lol
pb&j ah, the nostalgia
whites, oats + cinnamon + strawberries
best turkey burger ever! w/fries recipe below
apple strudel pop tart, trix in almond milk
turkey burger
100g. extra lean ground turkey breast
1 egg white
10g. panko bread crumbs
garlic powder
diced onion
cumin
salt
pepper
mix together the bread crumbs, spices (add as much or little as you want) and the chopped onion and mix in bowl.
weigh out turkey
add egg white and turkey to bowl and work together with hands to form a patty (will be sloppy, so be careful)
add to pan and cook, flipping halfway
add to a toasted bun and add toppings (I used a blend of italian cheese and cheddar)
makes a moist, huge turkey burger!!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Bah I had one more in the tank with the deads. Head felt like it was going to explode lol (probably should breath, huh?) But all in all a good workout. I can't believe I'm still the same weight lol. I am doing a lot less activity and eating more. Looks like we'll bump a bit here! Yippee. Went to get one of my school books today from the college bookstore and man was it packed! Ended up standing in line for over 30 minutes only to find out I didn't need to go through that line since I pre ordered my book online. fml! Well, here's some grub :
choco pb proats and rainbow cookie pop tart
giant bowl of overnight oats w raspberries, blackberries, strawberrires
amazing turkey burger, spinach, fruit, count chocula, pumpkin pie pop tart
Can you tell I'm trying to clean out my cabinets? lol
P.S. - I have been receiving a lot of PM's lately about macros on meals. I just want everyone to know that I usually "freestyle" my diet as the day goes on. I hit a target number at the end of the day. Some times I eat 3 meals, sometimes 4 and sometimes 5. I never know what my "macros per meal" are. I just make up for it at the end of the day*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

So today is Sarah and my 4 year anniversary! We're actually going out to get some Mexican in a few minutes . Macros today will be somewhere in the 1800 cal range + mexican food lol. So I should definitely be in the low 3k range, which is right on target. Just started school again yesterday and wow am I rusty at math... It's starting to come back though, so I should be all good. I have a pretty busy day, so I will be posting a food porn bomb tomorrow . Everyone have a great weekend!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
