Im down I am mentally and physically at a place where I know I am no where close to where I need to be performance wise due to leaness. Time to put on the poundage on the body in order to put more on the bar!

Ask and you shall receive!
Didn't you just like squat 370 for 17 er something crazy? haha. But yeah, I was most strong when I was sitting about 188-192. Pretty fluffified at that point, but I was moving A LOT more weight than I do now. Probably should work my way back up to that weight again
Thanks dude! Nice new AVI. You definitely put in your work for your 2nd show. Lookin diced!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Took advantage of some supp deals NYE and my tub of myofusion vanilla and dymatize swiss chocolate showed up today. SHWEET! Definitely going to make some proats later with the myo. I've heard good things about their vanilla (and I love a GOOD vanilla powder). Here's a couple eats :

proats w/pb, mr.goodbar and sugar cookie pop tart
eggs + turkey bacon + baked potato w ketchup, caramel corn rice cake w banana, frozen strawberry milkshake pop tart

Things just weren't working... it's complicated... it's not him, it's me. I just felt we were drifting apart... He wouldn't even look me in my eyes when we squat anymore . I guess it's been going on for some time. We just reached that point in out life where we realized we would be better off apart.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Cant believe this thread made it under my radar for a week. Well, im back in and lurking again. Cant shake me, man. Loving the food porn as usual, especially now that I am dieting it is starting to look more like "porn" again. Im looking at this first thing in the morning before breakfast and that christmas roast actually caused physical pain to my stomach. Thanks.
