Double over hand with versa grips for my pulls
Grip strength isn't an issue anymore for me so when it comes to my meets I just grip and rip. I usually train with out the VG about three weeks leading up to it though just to get the feel for it again

I decided to try something new and do a lifting vid with voice over. I messed up on the voice over thinking that the video was getting cut off in spots, so everything is a bit out of sync. You'll get the jest of it though

Aw man cinnamon toast... my mom used to make it for me w/ extra cinnamon sugar every morning before school back in elementary school. Talk about nostalgia!

Every workout can't be a great one but it look pretty solid anyways. Food looks amazing as always, I think bananas must be your favorite fruit. Keep grinding!

Dude, you are like 15-20 mins from me! AWESOME!
Indeed. I LOL at how difficult those can be, especially at the end of a workout .
I'm at: 250/400/110 workout days and : 250/375/115 non workout days.

90x10
A2: Pendlay Rows 1:2:1 (60s rests)

Pause Front Squats 1:3:1 (90s rests)
135x5
155x5
165x5
175x5
175x5
Chest Supported Db Rows 1:2:1 (30s rests)
40'sx8 (4 sets)

Standing Calf Raise (super pump) 1:1:1 (15 s rests)
155x5 (8 sets)
Decline Sit ups
bwx15
bwx12
bwx12
Misc.
Hit a volume PR on deads. Form felt great on set one, "okay" on set two, and it went to hell on the third set. I really wish I would have thought to snag my camera for the first two sets lol. I'm posting the vid below, and before you guys tear me apart, I am well aware of the form break down. My back was round on all THREE reps and got worse with each rep. I REALLY wanted that volume PR though lol. Probably should have backed off a bit, but I didn't... next time
