As much as I can get time for. I do it between sets at the gym and in front of the mirrors at home too. When I make time specifically for posing I get a mirror propped up on a chair at the gym in the group ex room so that I can see my back and practice my T walk too.

That's a good weight. That's ultimately what I'm striving for too..well to get to 240 hahaha. I think I'd be a good size at that weight with my muscle mass.

Goop is pretty delicious! I find now that I'm eating strict I love any meal that I can have a piece of fruit, or peanut butter lol. It must be the sugar my body wants I'm guessing.

I live in Toronto and am lifting w/o a partner and struggling with maintaining my motivation. I've always lifted with buddies as I've been part of high level baseball teams.

Now that I've stopped playing all my buddies are all over the place and I would like to radically change my appearance by gaining muscle and eventually cutting up.

PM me if anyone is interested in joining.

Sorry to hear you are losing your motivation, however it is my belief that you are your greatest motivator. As much as I would like to have a lifting partner, I don't have time to waste waiting on someone else in order to make the gains and changes that I want. There is always someone around who is willing to help when needed, you really don't need anyone.
