Doing ok, trying go get back into a "normal" routine again now that I'm back at work...miss being home with the kiddos but its actually more relaxing here at work than at home right now lol. Getting back on track with the diet and training has been one good thing about getting back to work though. Other than that, everything's pretty much the same.

You may delay, but time will not.

Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.

If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.

I hear ya man. Neighbours were BBQing today, got so hungry. For my cut I cut out alot of carbs.
Sunday I did a 4 mile run had high fiber cereal for breakfast, lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad with an hour bike ride in the evening.
Monday did weights in morning with a protien shake for breakfast followed by lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad with an hour bike ride in the evening and 15 mins of abs.
Tuesday did plyometrics in the morning high fiber cereal for breakfast, lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad 4 mile run in the evening.
Wendsay did weights protien shake for breakfast followed by lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad with an hour bike ride in the evening and 15 mins of abs.
Thursday did 4 mile run in the morning high fiber cereal for breakfast, lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad 1 hour bike ride in the evening.
Friday did legs in the morning protien shake for breakfast then for rest of day ate what ever the hell I wanted. (I love this day BTW)
Saturday had high fiber cereal and lots of coffee because of fridays bindging then once I feel lighter I do an hour of kick boxing lean meat for lunch and diner with a big salad and a hour long bike ride in the evening.
The bigest thing of all though was just stinking with it especially on those days were you just dont feel up to it. These past few days were tough for me since I'm on vacation but I know I'll regret it later if I dont do my workouts. I'm also fearful of falling into my slump again if I don't keep it up. It's a long rood but the end of the journey is well worth it.You may delay, but time will not.

Back to work for me tomorrow, staring a new course for work. Not looking forward to sitting in a classroom again over the summer.
I'm not very good with it but judging by your AVI Id say your about a 9 or 10. Theres a section in the Losing Fat section of the forums that is quite good at it, heres the link. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=122681961

I'z was literally down and out for 2 days . I felt like my entire body was pumping lead through it and slept and slept and slept. Finally decided to cut back on some of my hours at the part time job, I think exhaustion finally found me and it is scary.

Evenin all. I just had some homeade extra lean hamburgers on the george foreman with sweet corn relish and whole grain buns. Talk about delicious.
Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow too, haven't been there much lately because I strained my back last week
Also, my mother finally convinced me to try weight watchers. Anyone have any experience with it??Bench Max: 380 lbs
Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1

Just had hamburgers myself on my george forman grill lol, no bun though. Havn't tried weight watchers myself so can't really speak from experience from it. Seems like a waste of money to me though. But if you have problems regulating yuor food yourself I suppose it might work.
