Went shooting today, would be alot more enjoyable if I didnt have to drive 1 hr to the range. and getting up at 4:15 a.m. doesn't help either. All in all today was preaty good, found out Im down 3lbs from last week, Hopfully I can keep it up. Congratz btw Becca, whens the next comp?You may delay, but time will not.

I did get news but not what I wanted to hear. They are so busy dealing with the events over the weekend and the family wanting to celebrate that he did not have time for our call last night....actually had I not reminded him he would have forgotten about it. He apologize profusely and then said he would not send the meal plan until just before we talk so I dont get too many "why's" in my head...lol. I asked him to send ASAP anyways as it is pay week and grocery week. This way I can just start buying what I need for the first phase...example...Top Sirloin is on sale this week but I dont know if it will be on the meal plan this time around so I dont want to go out and buy it just yet.
