I personally think out of all the popular serial killers, the most dangerous was John Wayne Gacy. He was the perfect family man, church goer, community organizer, the all American bro. Nobody would have thought that he would kill dozens of children and young men.
His kind is the most dngerous because he is the neighbor that will lend you his tools, his wife would bring you a pitcher of lemonade on a hot day, he entertained children, held backyard BBQs, always had a smile and joke for every occasion.
A model citizen. His kind scares me the most.
The other infamous killers? They all had bad childhoods, problems with misanthropy, etc... JWG had none of that.*Stopped smoking crew* 2 years and 5 month bishes, and counting.*

Lol yes, I went through a phase in grade 8 where I would go out and buy a book about them every couple weeks. Spent all my time on the internet looking up my favourite ones.

We're talking about John Wayne Gacy here. I have studied many serial killers due to my former major but he disturbs me the most and what shielded him from law enforcement originally due to his boyscout track record actually made it worse in the end.
He stated to his dying day that he didn't know how 20+ bodies of young men got there and that he was innocent. His lawyers even tried that BS about how he was set up. JWG to his dying day refused to admit any wrongs.*Stopped smoking crew* 2 years and 5 month bishes, and counting.*

i mean everybody has strong urges for something just these people have urges for killing, everyone feels like killing someone sometime in their life out of anger or some emotion there's no denying it maybe not as far as serial killing, just these people fulfill this urge by going out doing it. All serial killers are different and kill for different purposes, most of them are sexual and others are for sadistic enjoyment.

Studied from lectures and textbooks, or actually gave professional psychological help and advice whilst on the row? I'd wager that a correctional officer with no prior degree or major in his profession who has worked on the row for two years would have the neccessary authority to judge who is more psychologically informed, to those that are not, than somebody who specialized in ''serial killers'' at an institution for over a decade, away from that world.
Did your studies tell you, that its common for serial killers and psycopaths to have abnormally high levels of heavymetals and are most likely suffering from some sort of heavymetel poisoning. I think its cutting your self short, to believe Gacy was not atleast psychologically delayed.Last edited by ActionJaxson; 12-08-2011 at 11:15 PM.

My own personal opinion? He was a ****phile that had a personality disorder which cannot be described NPD nor BPD, since he neither cared about himself nor his victims. Many shrinky dinks try and pin his behaviour down to a science BUT imo that's pretty much impossible since he didn't face the typical sexual trauma as a child and he didn't give a schit either.
He is the cross between spree killer, serial killer, and a guy that was suffering from homophobia during a time when being gay was highly looked down upon.
In other words, he felt that he was pressured to fit a social mold but failed and took his BS insecurities out on people that he felt were beneath him.*Stopped smoking crew* 2 years and 5 month bishes, and counting.*
