So as I posted up in that other thread... Even if ya weren't selected, do the HRT program just like the official contestants and ya manage to succeed and finish the program like they do, fulfilling the same requirements and growin', you'll get the Animal HRT t-shirt for ur efforts. But do it for pride, not for the shirt...

I've been having doubts about signing up for the solo version. I've just started working out 1.5 months ago and have been doing HRT for the last 3 weeks and eating right for 2 weeks now. But I'd like to sign up for the shirt, I'd definitely follow HRT for 10 more weeks to complete the trainer
(the first week of HRT was to test the waters).

Dude...I am deployed to Afghanistan and have started down HRT solo while here. I have had to make a few adjustments just because of the access to certain machines, weights, and equipment isn't here. I would love to rock a shirt! I can't tell you how many guys here are asking me what the hell I am doing. When I explain Hell Raiser Training they are like, "Holy &%*@# that has got to be such a bad idea, here let me try". I laugh when the civilian (I used to serve until my spinal damage) is showing all these young kids HRT and outdoing a lot of them. I have gotten about 4 people to start their HRT with their partners (mine just re-deployed, so I am looking for another now). I would proudly wear an HRT shirt, and make sure everyone here knows EXACTLY what I am doing when I am in the gym.
On a side note I wish I could take part in the contest for this, but as it stands being here, I am unable to. I wish everyone luck and success.Last edited by n0ble; 11-30-2011 at 06:30 PM. Reason: spelling....
