Hey guys this is my first post. Anyway I've been lifting heavy and bulking for years now never caring about eating right or cardio but then I tore my bicep tendon and was out of the gym for awhile. When I finally got back into it I lost my strength and got "flabby" now I've lost weight and I'm looking to tone up and actually focus on abs I was at 227lbs and down to 195 so I'm trying to cut up more is there any suggestions to help out any bit? Thanks for the advice
