So last night I went to the gym and did like.... bodybuilding stuff :P I wasn't up for the metcon, so just did the strength. was 12,10,8 for all. But once set of each before starting back over. 3 rounds essentially. I also have pictures from my recent goings! Tonight we're going climbing at 8, and I take a belay class at 7. Then dinner after climbing!

I drink this daily, it's called amazing grass, and it's very yummsy.

SO! It's been a long time LOL. So much happening. Kevin got back huge happy, but then he was like ....wellll... I don't want a commitment. Right lol. I got lifting shoes. WHAT! I get to try them for the first time today! Uhm I started class "Organizational Behavior", seems it'll be fun. It's one night a week for 3 hours. I took the DLAB, annnnnnd...... I PASSED!!!! That was THE deciding factor if I got the job I want or not, and I got it! I get to go to Monterey California for around a year to learn my language. How epic?! We got a new roommate.... he's awesome.
So on the food side, been kind of rough, not 100% paleo, but digestion is still at 100%, get my lab results super soon for thyroid, (as in today I think lol) quit diet soda, replaced with carbonated water. Winning. Today me and coworkers/army folk are going to the state fair, will be fun. It's raining, will be interesting haha. Cals are nice and high, not counting, just can tell you they definitely are! Haven't been weighing, gives me mental peace. Got a 185DL PR!! 15lb PR! Working on my clean, really struggle with that movement. Also, my wrists don't like to be flexible, so trying to do them with a second movement, like a push press or such is hard because my shoulders are doing a static hold with the weight and obviously that can't last very long.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139497073

Did what was supposed to be "hour of power" but I did 50 minutes of power. It was 5 minutes per exercise, as many as you could do. Ill try to remember mine LOL.
Clean - 55lb, 50 reps

Ball slams - 25lb, 74 reps
Ring pushups, knees, yea LOL, 60.

Pull ups shouldn't even count, it was a huge band, and my arms were shot! But.... 36

Got to so some old school back and shoulders Saturday, then watched all 3 lord of the rings! Yesterday my roommate and I went to see snow on mt Rainer then I went and played some call of duty. Ate some gluten yesterday regrettably!

Well, it's been quite a while. I probably won't be on regularly or anything, I was looking back through logs trying to see what my former DL PR was, and I saw 165x3,3,2. I'm sitting at 132.3, totally happy, and I also noticed pre basic when I logged that, how weight obsessed I was. Wow! I'm 10lb heavier and 100x's happier! I've lost from 140.8 over the last 12 weeks as well
I'm with a coach, as usual, loving it, I've gone on a gazillion dates, and been in and out of a relationship, I do miss logging hah! I'm still paleo.... ish. Lol! Loose. I still CF and go to a regular gym to do both. Seems to actually be a great combination. I should be moving to california in Feb for work for a year, going to "college" during that time. And working full time technically, but they are one in the same.
I've hit a 120 bench PR (PL form), a 200x1 DL PR, a 170x12 DL PR, a 165 squat PR, and my squat form over all is awesome. I hit a 110 rack jerk PR, and got back into chin ups and dips. Hope to be able to log :-)Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139497073

Also, interesting on those DL numbers. Looks like you are awesome at grinding those reps out. 12rep maxes aren't going to be "overly" accurate for theoretical 1rm's but that is equivalent to 237lbs. Basically means, if you got used to the lower rep ranges and get the form dialled in for the heavy stuff you've got a lot more strength left in you But a PR is a PR, so well done!SQ 205kg DL 240kg BP 105kg SOHP 70kg at 80kg BW

Hey friend Yea, My lifetime goal was 225 haha, so I should be getting there! I definitely felt it after the 12 reps.
I got back to TN yesterday and am doing my favorite hip hop cardio I've missed so much, did a set of 20 rep squats today at 115, chin ups, hand stand push ups, one arm rows, dips, went and got groceries, headed to do a dancing fundraiser here soon after dinner. I get home xmas day, I'll try to get a picture with my BF, lewis, He's ridiculously strong, but pictures don't show that haha. I made a rule after an occurrence..... that I can't date anyone weaker than myself LOL! 465DL? I can date that. hahah.
Oh, still hitting around 1750. Was losing, but seem to be kind of stuck. I went ahead and decided not to worry about it till Jan then aim to lose the last 5. yea, so close! So vacation is being kind to me with a new low today of 130.7! We had goood friends over for dinner last night, and we're having family over for dinner tonight! I made paleo cookies we ate yesterday, they turned out kind of salty though. I'm making regular brownies for tonight. I went to the gym Thursday and yesterday! Thursday was:

Morning! Weight @ 131.5, had family over last night, like our only party while home, which is good, and it wasn't really a party haha. We had chicken and carrots and brownies. Woop! Hit the gym yesterday, went to my rent's church yesterday, overwhelming. I just don't handle being around people like I used to.

Woke up today at 132, yesterday was awesome! Hit the gym and danced in the AM, cam home, mucked around a minute, then said hey.. I want a tattoo! I just came up with this, and I'm in love with it. I went and picked up my bestie from the islands, K'Anna from the airport, we got the tatt and came home. And laughed our asses the whole way of course. Tattoo took about 30 minutes, was cheap, and well done. Now no back squatting for like a week

Woke up to a mean 132.4 Not sure if it's going up as a fluctuation, the higher carb, what evs. Boo is what I have to say! Lifted last night, dance, shopped all day yesterday, took KC to get her belly button pierced, then we hung out for a bit before going up to the gym. By the time the day was over we were so freaking tired haha. Today I'm lifting at 9, then we will go see my cousin's puppies, and we are roller skating today as well. That's about it
Front squats - 85x5, 95x5, 100x5,5 which is a PR.
DL - 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x1

hey hey! Yesterday my family celebrated christmas, I got an itunes card, a book, a couple bills paid, pajamas, and a pig that shoots balls out of his mouth We had chocolate covered coffee beans, almond Mnm's, breakfast for dinner, chocolate dipped peeps, was super fun! We also hid in the closet for tornados haha. We watched a mooovie, attempted a gingerbread house, ya know
No gym the last two days, going today! Hoping to go for a walk too. Woke up at a pound of a new low, 129.8 WHAT! haha. I almost cried seeing the 120's again! Can't wait to get home and get back to CF! We're hitting church then sushi for lunch. Woot.

So today was at 131, did some final stores before we leave Wednesday, got a hair cut and some ballin neon nails, and of course hit the gym. This being the day I have to start my goodbyes my mood has been rough. And loan wouldn't go through for my bike so stressed all day about that. Decided to just pay for it, and excited, but it's stressful.
