You won't be completely flat after your surgery just to let you know. It takes a long time for the scarring to heal before you are completely flat. By the way I would remove that picture. The misc isn't too mature.
EDIT: I had gyno surgery 2 months ago.

What are the limitations the army gives you on the surgery?
Do you have to go to a general surgeon or do you get to go to a plastic surgeon?

I have gyno, but yours is at least twice as bad as mine.
As a doctor, I recommend that you postpone the surgery for 2-3 months. And then cut, get as lean as you can. The reason for this is, this kind of surgery isn't just cutting some shyt out, they need to cut out the right amount from each side to make both sides symmetrical and to make your chest look good, so by leaning down, not only do you make it easier for the surgeon, you also get better aesthetics out of it and a faster recovery.When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way.
