Rules and Regulations

Failure to recognize and respect the rules will result in expulsion from The Nation.

1) Bandana and Sunglasses are mandatory. Everything else is up to your own personal style, sense of humor, sexuality, or whatever the f'ck else you think up. Be creative.

2) Signature. You can make your signature whatever you want (or like me not have one) but we require you to change your user title above your avatar to gangster of _____ and it must not be the same as another members. To do this click on User CP, then click on "Edit Your Details", then enter your title in the box that reads "Custom User Title".

3) Avatar picture may change but must stay gangsta. Exceptions can be made for long-time members who have proven their gangstaness.

4) No chopped on sunglasses/bandanas allowed.

5) Anyone rocking a bandana/sunglasses without being "in" or without a "gangsta of" title recieves the full negative attention of the crew.

6) Blatant douchitude will not be abided.

Let me say this again.

Blatant douchebaggery, douchitude, dipsh!ttery, ******ry and all around dickishness will not be abided. This crew will not be a bunch of pricks and dipsh!ts. If you're being a complete dumbass expect to get the boot.

7) Any member caught acknowledging a troll for 3 posts will be under review for having their bandana stripped from them and removed from The Nation. 1 response is ok, 2 responses is pushing your luck, but we don't want to see pages of back n forth arguing with trolls. Keep it Gangsta...you're better than them.

8) Do not start sh!t with other crews.

9) We will not accept you into The Nation if you are in the red. If you are in The Nation and become red you will most likely be asked to relinquish your bandana and your gangster title. Only unjust mod-negs will be up for consideration as far as whether or not to keep you and to get you back in good standing. We take care of our boys behind bars.

10) If someone feels like you are representing us badly in other threads they may bring your name up for consideration for removal. If several other members also agree that you are being a douche then you will be asked to relinquish your bandana and gangster title.

11) Follow the forum rules. No talk of rep/negs in any thread. Don't bring us attention from the mods.

I cannot stress this enough.

If you must...take anything that might even remotely be considered rep trading or neg training to private messages. Our official stance is that we do not condone these practices. Do not risk The Nation by discussing illegal matters in public.

12) The title of "Original" Gangster of _____ may only be worn by those that were in The Nation? prior to the posting of this thread. Any member caught disrespecting the title of "Original" Gangster shall be dealt with.

13) Absolutely, positively, no bashing, insulting, flaming, harrassing or whatever the f'ck it is you kids do these days to eachother, to another member of The Nation. If someone is breaking rule 6 then refer to rule 10 as far as how to handle it.

Disagreeing and arguing is one thing. You aren't idiots. You know when you're being completely insulting.

If you have a grievance or problem with another member of The Nation then bring it into this thread and no other. That is what this thread is for. Keep it inside the family. If you are being flamed by a Nation Member and you retaliate in another thread you are just as bad as the person who started it.

If issues are brought into this thread then the Thugocracy will make a decision and the offending party will be dealt with.

Keep it Gangsta. Keep it classy.

14) Finally.

People being booted from The Nation will be first be polightly asked to leave. No harm, no foul. If they do not leave then expect massive reprecussions. We will not abide people using our franchise.
