lol YUP! Correct. I'm up at 4.30am, shower and stuff, start eating at 5.30. Off to work, more eating and finish eating 95% of my cals my 1pm. Save myself some yoghurt and BCAAs for the evening before gym and head there. So I eat most of my calories in 8 hours.. it's using IF (Intermittent fasting). That way I don't fuss around when I get home after work. I'm home after the gym at 8pm, prep my meals and off to bed at 10-10.30. I'd love to do what you do, but it's not convenient for me.

Going to start practicing with Aaron Curtis to get this right. He's awesome at it! Thanks man, mid section is definitely coming in very very very slowly but surely. I feel a new low this week!!! ALL HAPPENING!
Thanks baby Means a lot coming from you. Only going to get much more of a V-taper when my waist keeps getting leaner. Slowly slowly!- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

Well the main thing I took from that video is that you're lean as FAWK, GJDM
As for the posing, I'm only just learning the ropes myself, but in my opinion you should keep your front poses symmetrical, i.e. don't stick one leg out while keeping the other in. Your quads are sick and frame your physique nicely, and again **in my opinion** symmetry is preferable to singling out a body part by calling attention to it (like sticking a leg out).

I think I am just trying to hide the fact that the right leg is smaller than the left leg. Hence sticking it out, as it hides how obvious it is lol I'll keep trying different poses though. Thanks hommie!!! This is why I post these things, need your input.

Monday 13th February – 11 weeks 6 days out
Weight: 187.0 – 85.0kg
Macros: 250P/303C/46F
Training: 600kcal cardio – 9km distance @ 39.40 minutes
Summary:
1 day post re feed of 250P/447C/49F and weight low of 186.56lb/84.8kg. Weight is only up 200 grams, which is nothing! Tonight is just cardio in the PM after work. Starting to get considerably lean now. A lot of work to do so I’ll keep pushing myself BEYOND my limits.
Experimenting with some food these days. Today for the first time I had a raisen toast sandwhich with banana in the middle and I toasted it with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. To all that are bulking, it’s crap but for me, wow it was heaven!!! That and my chocolate proats felt like a breakfast from heaven.
But yes, low day today in terms of carbs but definitely dropping the fluff!- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

You know what's amazing dude? You're 12 weeks out right now, right? A lot of guys (typically bro's) would just be starting their prep now, and at a much higher bf%. You're going to be on time AND early

The sooner he gets to comp level lean the sooner he can start adding more food back in to his diet and not be so depleted come show time which is a huge bonus both mentally and physically considering most of the guys he comes up against will be feeling like death and super depleted. So although he could chow down on that cupcake and still get comp lean In time, it may reduce the amount of time he has to add food back in once he's lean enough. Could always IIFYM that cupcake in though andy

You're exactly right. Berto has suggested that I'll be eating into show day, so I am sooo excited! Just don't want to spill over when I am lean enough. I'm not too sure about the macros, so I'll just keep my tasty treats that I have on a daily basis in my diet and not eat things that will not be accurate. Although, it may not be devastating, I'd rather be 100% in my mind than not I fit some pretty neat stuff in to my macros, so I am actually satisfied
No cheating here ma'am. Bad influence! hahahaha
Correct, 11 weeks 6 days to go! A lot of people start at 12 weeks out haha how naive they are. I was told yesterday that I'm 6-8 weeks out from a guy in the gym. Clearly underestimating my lower back/abdomen fat. Am hoping to be early, soooo so so hoping as I want to eat!!- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.

I picked up these bad boys today, going to fit one a day into my macros while I can... with my pop tart and skinny cow cookie.. mmmm, going to be an amazing breakfast.

.... seriously bro... good work on the body... your doing well. i can't even take good photos without looking like an idiot doing it. ...
and this video is awesome... i think your first minute and a half is a little bit awkward though. it looks like your still "getting your flow down" to me but the rest of this is really good.
and wow you go some pec muscles and some glutes! ~ i need to get into the weight room!
i think your hamstrings might need a little work/size... but otherwise.. you got solid leg development... i am impressed. can't wait tell leg day again! ~ yea, really good quad development, back/lats, arms chest. all starting to hit that "surprisingly" large point. you'll kill your show man.
hey thanks buddy! ~ didn't see your reply before i saw the video lol, btw, i like this video... seriously good work man!Last edited by tonytoo; 02-13-2012 at 06:52 AM.

Hey, bud. 12 weeks is more than enough to get better at posing and it's already much better than a lot of people. Just a couple of suggestions:
1) Don't worry about hiding your "leg imbalance". I don't see it. I think sticking a leg out works in the FDB...but it looks awkward on the FLS.
2) ...and this is really important: Build your poses from the ground up. You have a habit of focusing on your upper body first and THEN flexing your lower body (ex: RDB @ 2:27). Get the lower body set EXACTLY how you want it and then hit the rest of the pose.
