Why do you suppose you're putting on so much weight? Could it be that you're over eating???

The key to avoiding excessive fat gain after a contest is to stay in control of your nutrition, and slowly reverse diet. Continue counting macros (just like you hopefully did during prep) and make adjustments as needed to allow you to add no more than 1lb per week.

You're eating too much...just like bwelch said. Did you just completely stop counting your calories for three weeks after your show!?!

There's your problem. Always have an exit strategy.

I'd hop back on your diet from 3-4 weeks out. From there you can increase your calories a little bit each week (more carbs & fats, less protein). That should help you avoid any further excess weight gain.

congratulations on your placings. you have any pics from the show by the way? anyway with me what i did was write down all of the foods that i craved and basically stuffed myself with them for like two or three days. I got so fed up with food that i was eating good and clean after that. Anyway that has been my strategy in the past. Hope this helps. Also designate two cheat days a week that might help too.

Reverse diet bro increase carbs 10-15 grams a week and fat 1-2 grams a week until you start gaining fat. Never get above 15 percent
