wilks is said (often by skinny people) to favor heavier lifters. There is another formula (schwartz) used by some multiply feds that is said to favor skinnier lifters. there is also an average formula that uses both schwartz and wilks (glossbrenner) that is used by nearly no one that is supposed to not favor either....but doesn't really work that well (hence its lack of acceptance).
either way, bodyweight doesn't affect relative strength nearly as much as its claimed to on bb.com.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

360 wilks with 365/315/500 @180. *Retesting maxes at the end of my bulk at 190...hopefully I'm a bit stronger.

I don't know how it measures on the Wilks formula because I'm not a powerlifter, but I'm probably the strongest person of all on here. Why, just this morning I lifted a 2 ton floor jack and pressed it overhead just wearing jeans and a t shirt. No warm up, either.
Bravery and stupidity are often synonymous. So are cowardice and intelligence.

Are we only talking about powerlifting? I thought that the OP was planning to compete in strongman...
