Wow shoulders felt pretty darn good on bench today. That fix from yesterday is paying off. Not 100% but much better.
This is the best deads have ever felt. Changed up my setup a bit as per Ripp and felt amazing on the pull.
Sorry for the delayed updates. Whenever I've been home the last couple days it's been either for eating a quick bite, or sleeping.
Busy ass night at work. Closed so got home late. Have drivers Ed tomorrow morning so sleep deprivation here I come!

Thanks It was my first time making polenta ever. I was pretty happy with it. I took the joy of cooking recipe and modified it ever so slightly. The secret, I found, was at least 30 minutes on the stove

Saturday: driving school went easy peasy. Got 3 more classes (though they are 6 hrs long) the coming 3 Saturdays then it's in car lessons then G2 baybee.
Fun times tonight. Gotta love having the house to yourself for the weekend
Sun: woke up feeling nice and refreshed.
Got into some bnj 10000000 flavors last night and fuark is that stuff good! First time with that one.
Met some pretty cool people over the weekend. Meeting up with one on Wednesday.
I'm training 6x a week as of now. S/b/d 3x a week each. Gonna be CRAZYYYY
