    You have some great looking eats! ( lifts are great also ) Could you advise how to make those flavored pastas? For example that Chipotle Farfelle, how do you flavor pasta with the flavor of chipotle?

    Wow shoulders felt pretty darn good on bench today. That fix from yesterday is paying off. Not 100% but much better.

    This is the best deads have ever felt. Changed up my setup a bit as per Ripp and felt amazing on the pull.

    Good work slowly fixing that shoulder; bench should feel a lot better in the coming weeks.

    Dayummm, that polenta looks creamy as ever. Also, is that a souffle pancake? I made one a while ago; they are damn good (pretty big too lol).

    Thanks It was my first time making polenta ever. I was pretty happy with it. I took the joy of cooking recipe and modified it ever so slightly. The secret, I found, was at least 30 minutes on the stove

    No, there was just a **** ton of batter in there ha ha. I think the pancake came out to something like seven or 800 cal
