well its all good cuz i made it through yesterday an im hitting the big 3 today
they were so easy haha. replaced about 40% of the flour in my pancake recipe (not loaf recipe) with cornmeal but soaked the cornmeal for 10 mins in the wet ingredients before mixing. ezpz

Good session. High rep squats are very love/hate lol.
Need to really focus on maintaining upward rotation in my left shoulder cuz that's what's fuuking me over on bench. - it's downwardly rotating a bit when I perform the eccentric. Time to hammer dat low trap/serratus anterior work!
Edit: Was messing around with some prehab work tonight and found this vid on push-up plus and Did a couple quick sets and swear my shoulder stability just went over 9000

Decent session. Finally fixing my shoulder alignment to te point where I can setup reasonably instinctively on squats without negative consequence.
Bench felt like absolute trash today. Videoed it and found out why. It looks atrocious. I think part of it might be internal rotation inflexibility. Just a thought (provoked by exrx) so ill keep hammering away at stretching it out.
Best rows have felt ever with these one armed tbars. Got great MMC and scapular retraction/depression.

Yeah. I think I found the problem tho. Maybe. My subscap is so gunked up so tons of stretching foam rolling tonight and see how it fares on Friday.
It's been a ton of activation stuff mainly haha.
