I used to enjoy getting "cooked" earlier on in my bb'ing days. Helped me through my 2009 prep, believe it or not lol. Refeed days were like woah .

never heard "cooked" before but I like it. My eye's and chest always felt cooked at least. I'm surprised you don't just make oil and put it on your pasta.

yeh it is! i chat with some of my ausbrahs several times weekly and they call it cooked erry time.
wow crazy. im good until i start eating then its game over for all the food in the kitchen lol. made some damn creative tasty things tho
yeah, stay safe kids. dont do drugs.
those are fine
i talk to australians too much.
haha its a sick term, ey? thats why i prefer sativa to indica cuz i dont get that heavy feeling but ratehr super creative and energized.
i will cook with it eventually, but i need my parents to be out of the house for at least 24 hours since it really makes a stink up when you cook it. next time i have a party with my co-workers, we gonna make some green dragon.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Shoulders went kind of wonky on the last set of bench from the get go so my focus was a bit off, but everything else was feeling good!
Had no time to waste today and got in and out in a hair under two hours. Didn't have time to do the last set of planks so decided to go heavy. Ironically, I hit the time i was planning to originally hit with 130
