    Mountain Bike Trail

Motherofgod that was hard. Wind was against me and I took some wrong turns.*

Took a look at an Ibanez RG350m today and it was cool. Not sure if I can justify it tho.*

Gonna go pound out a workout tomorrow morning with my dad (re-introduce him to lifting).

Back felt nice this morning. No problems tho I did sit down wrongly and I guess I sat right on the sciatic nerve when I sat down for breakfast.*

Also had cereal and ice cream for the first time in ages today. I finally feel like I am returning to my "summer diet" which is much less mundane/boring than what I ate during the school year. Notice the difference in foods in today's pics?*

At 5ish, I went outside with my brother and jumped around on my trampoline and pool. Tons o fun.

    aww yeah.

im not too keen on lifting with people cuz my sessions are 1.5-2hrs so it feels drawn out compared to when im by myself and my earbuds dont leave my ears. but eh, he enjoyed it so thats all that counts. besides, i still sominated all te weight

    SUNDAY

    Press
    45x8
    70x5
    85x4
    100x3
    110x4 (3 sets)
    FUK. YEAH.*
    That's how it's done.*

    Front Squat
    100x5
    130x5 (2 sets)
    160x5 (3 sets)
Some dumb bitch was complaining about the fact that we were in the squat rack (in spite of te fact that there was another one that was free) so I called it quits here. Still a PR

    Deadhang Pull-Up
    BW=149
    5
    +40x5 (2 sets)
    +40x4.5
    +35x5
Could not hit my groove today on these.*

    Hypers
    50x10 (3 sets)

    50lb Farmers Walksl
    300m in 3 sets*

    Facepulls
    110x10 (4 sets)

    Ab Wheel w Backpack
    13.5x10
    16x10
    16x12 (2 sets)

So, lifted with mah pops this morning and he def enjoyed himself. Gave him a bunch of coaching on form (I ran him through my workout, basically) and he was tired at the end of the workout. I didn't put him with any super heavy weights (ie close to failure) so he shouldn't get super sore tomorrow but i know hell b back for more.*

On te flip side, I found that I didn't get quite as "lit up" as other sessions today despite te PRs on everythang but pull ups. Didn't stop me from giving it my all.*

Work was hella busy tonight (dare I say the 2nd busiest day I've ever worked). 5:30-7:30=madness. Then 2 hours of cleanup/dishes/putting stuff away/cooking and I was done. Very productive day IMO.*

    Peace out
