Ur lawyer will know the judge better but 99% of judge just go "what laws? notasingle****isgiven" and will let police submit bull**** evidence.

i was just sitting in my car at a gas station waiting for my friend to come out, cops rolled up pulled out a gun and cuffed me. then they asked if they could search my car and if i didn't let them they would get a search warrant anyway so i let them. i don't know if i should've done that or not, i was just startled at that point.Originally Posted by Thomas.of.Hunter

u shouldn't even need a lawyer bro. i went through a similar situation with approx. same amount and all they made me do was take 8 weeks of drug class and 24 hours community service. no drug test for class or anything. this was in CT but i'm sure almost same rules apply.
