hey guys, i just found out my girlfriend (now my ex) cheated on me last week. Im not really that upset except that she will not admit it although i have already talked to the guy and got all of the details. We dated for about two years and three months, and i feel like everything is one big lie now.
im making this thread because i am a bit sad losing the thing ive loved with everything for the past two years. im just curious if this has happened to anybody, and how you got over it, and how much better or worse your life is now.

happened to me. she wanted to stay friends after breaking up with me for no reason, the other guy then told me they'd been ****ing.
she denied it until the end, i guess she didn't want to feel like a whore? but when i confronted her she didn't want to be stay friends.
it sucks, but get over it. don't even think about her. law 36 man: Disdain things you cannot have. ignoring them is the best revenge.
i'm better off now, with a different girl who would never cheat. should have seen the ex being a cheater though, all the red flags were there..... i was too beta to act on my instincts.

i appreciate all of the kind words...
me and her were like best friends. .. and she would always say ill never cheat on you etc etc, and she was texting a girl named "anna" but in reality it was a guys number she just changed the name, i texted him and he gave me the whole story. i appreciate his honesty but she will not admit it what so ever... they hung out four times last week, and he told me everything.
as we speak he just texted me like bro why did you tell her i told you what happened... she must be texting him saying **** trying to save her ass....

But i'm feeling a lot better now than right after it all went down (about a year ago) Life is better now and you'll figure out eventually that it is a good learning experience even though there is a lot of pain associated with it.

At least your ex didnt blame you for giving her the clap when in fact I found out from her friend that she got it from another guy she was fuking but blamed it on me. Since I banged some 18 year old she immediately thought I gave it to her. I was tested and came back with 0 stds. She never told me the truth and thats when I cut all ties with her and havent talked with her since. She is now dating my good friend's roommate and he knows all about the situation lol.
