If it's sick days he's earned by working and is entitled to them in the contract, I don't see the problem.

Just because you're given 2 sick days per month doesn't mean you should use them every month.

companies believe they own you and ****. policy and procedures
don't state the maximum sick times you can take because its against
labor laws.

Why do you give a fuk? He's having more fun than you. 18/24 sick days? Company should change its policy if they dont want people to take advantage of it.

We have someone like that. We're allowed 5 sick days, he used up those plus had to take vacation days for what he originally put to sick days. There were still about 10-15 days on top of that he was "sick"...no doctor's excuses or anything like that, just claimed to be sick. They decided he was productive enough when he was in that they would just dock his pay for the extra time and let him be instead of hiring a more expensive replacement to do what he would do if he were there everyday.

****, I used to work for the TSA and I would take 2 sick days a month. Hated that job and everything it stood for. When I get 6 hours of leave a pay period, I'm gonna ****ing burn through it.
