INTRO
Woke up feeling a million times better. Definitely 99.9% now! I decided the couple days helped, my hunger is still in full force, I'm still highly motivated, etc... so I got a light lower hyper workout in today. In and out in 40 mins. Nice lil' sesh and quads/hams/glutes were tore up at the end.
Yesterday went downtown to Taste of Chicago with the gf and walked around down there. It's funny to see all these people getting food down there. You would think they would opt for something ethnic just to try something new, but surprisingly enough the busiest vendors were your typical pizza or wings, etc... it just doesn't make sense to me to go down there and get what you would typically get any other day of the week. Oh well lol. It was still a good time. Tons of walking and got in about 18000 steps yesterday. it was crazy! Here's a bit of food pr0n and my workout from today.

1. Glad to hear that you're feeling better man, that's awesome!
2. I never understood why people go to those types of events and then eat everyday typical fare. We used to have an ethnic festival back in my hometown and it always amazed me the amount of people that would go and get a piece of pizza from a local vendor when there was haluski, halupki, homemade pierogis and all sorts of other great foods. Their loss, my gain!
3. I don't understand how your bowls always look so epic. Apparently, I have to get more creative real quick. I might mix in some cereal with my oats sometimes. Throw in some craisins, a little cc or gy....crazy as I get.

Dude, gotta mix it up a bit! Eat what you like = pure win.
HAHAHAHAH FOOKK YOU TOO!
Aw, you're such a sweetheart! lol
Funny that you bring that up. I was just thinking about that myself the other day. Offseason last year, I was 188 eating roughly 200-500 cals less and much fluffier. Now I'm roughly 25-26lbs lighter and eating a LOT MORE*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

INTRO
Feeling good again today . Hammies are pretty sore from yesterdays workout, whoo!! Didn't really do too much yesterday activity wise. Hung out at the gf's house and grilled some. I hate some HN hot dogs lulz. She had her best friend over and her bf, so we just kind of hung out and played cards on their porch, had a fire, etc... Pretty chill. About to go for a bike ride here in a few with the lady. It's beautiful out, so we definitely have to take advantage! Got some shoppin to do and a bit of school work.

Notes
I was really feeling it today! Awesome workout. I was checking over next year's contest schedule and I've decided that I'm going to start my prep after my 30th birthday (March 12th) and then prep for just under 5 months for my first show. If the same shows go down next year, I'll be competing five(!) times from August to November.Last edited by ErickStevens; 06-27-2011 at 10:39 AM.
