BSSs, split squats..... oh yeah..... that's officially "goin' dere"! most guys don't want to do these this close to show day. Men from the boys I say.
If there's any one skill that I've seen in champions- people who have really achieved their highest desires- it's an unbelievable level of persistence. They'll change their approach as necessary, but they won't abandon their ultimate vision.

Looking good Chris. Still lurking here. I totally relate, being a rookie myself. Pretty awesome to see the changes, things we have never seen on ourselves before: cuts, veins, striations. Makes it so exciting. I always have heard how at some point every 1lb of loss makes a big difference. Yep, I am living that stage right now.
Jagware they seem legit. Look at their website, decide then call em up. Like Jeff told me, tell them you have an earlier show. You wanna get them soon and get used to them. I think it has helped me.
Ca Muscle Mayhem- Big Show. I am leaning towards novice, but you are bigger, maybe you should do open. I don't know tough call. Too bad we can't do both, but the show takes long enough as it is. You gonna do one after?
Keep killing it.

lol Don't worry brah I'm up today a little more from my refeed..
Split squats were nasty dude.
Caught me WAY off guard Connor. The motion SEEMS as if it wouldn't be that brutal.. but MAN I can truly say that one differentiates the boys from the men no doubt
The hacks though.. when you have to literally yell and egg yourself on like a fool from an insane asylum.. they are some of the hardest most draining/grinding muffugin' reps one can do... I'm glad I found a home for them. Can't wait to grow in the off season with these man. Thanks for the tips and advice in your log as well as your support in this one.. Always appreciated
I'm sitting here typing this on a sore fawkin' ass. If I contract dem glutes they're damn near cramping each time because of how bad it is lol. Those grinders butt-raped me. (homo)
Nothin' like shedding weight on your body and simultaneously adding it to the bar
We're on the same boat Luis! That's awesome that you're at that 1lb. incremental difference stage.. I feel like I'm really starting to approach that pretty soon. Feels awesome to reach these uncharted territories doesn't it?
I'm definitely gonna pick up my suits within the next week (ordering right after memorial day) and get some posing practice done in them. Thanks for that advice.
I heard the show is real big and as a newby just like you.. I'm not sure where I should be.. probably leaning towards novice and I'll confirm w/ berto about that.. I didn't know you were going the same show?! That's bad ass! You, Berto, Nick, Jeff (maybe?) me... Team 3DMJ in full support too! Couldn't ask for more man.. And doing another show after.. I'm not too sure. I know Eric is shooting for one on Aug. 9th I think? Idk if I'm up to that though we'll see...
You're so right Eric I'm letting you down lol.. Like I said it's tough to get pics man but I'm gonna do my best soon! I got a posing session scheduled with Jeff himself on June 8th so stay tuned man! If I can't get anything before that we'll get some then for sho! Thanks for the added pressure and support man! I'm not stoppin' and the more fuel added to the fire the more burn I get under my ass to keep this whole process balls out!I'M ON A MISSION. OPERATION: 2013 PRO CARD. OFF
MISC.
Dude.. Off day needed for SHO. My glutes are making me cry at this point. Smith Machine Split Squats fawkin' DESTROYED me a couple days ago.
My productive off-day Costco & TJ's shopping (+ 4lbs. fresh red snapper @ $2.99/lb. )
IIFYM.. you MUST be mad at this [Keep in mind I LOVE everything I eat.. some foods that lots of ppl consider "boring" give me mouth-gasms on the reg. Has a lot to do with your cooking skills too, IMO. Any food can taste bland/blah if you can't make it right]
BRB hammering through these bags of broccoli and 96 eggs in ~10-12 days lol
Kashi Go-Lean.. Recommendation courtesy of Blazed! Volume/Carb ratio is awesome! Will give it a go...
Let's see what all this Skinny Cow hype is all about...
LOVE this stuff.. and SO DAMN convenient

Brown rice is 1/34/4 for 1 cup cooked. Not far from regular rice but it tastes very good/moist and microwaves in 3 minutes. Awesome stuff IMO. Try it out!

Anxious to try! Sounds like I made a good decision
I've had it bro! Tbh.. It's pretty good but I have so much other good shiet that I LOVE eating.. and I can't fit much more into my #s.. If I could I'd eat it all!
