    410lb deadlift for 22 reps. get in here. 8k reps

    First day back after a 5 week cut, as well as first day back of deadlifting since april i believe. So about 3 months. And all i can say is how much i have missed my precious deadlifts

    I have no doubt i can hit 30 reps soon. Either way what do you guys think? Like the video and subscribe to my video and i will rep you.

    That's good-- would be 10x more impressive than this video, assuming your form is good, or at least better than your form in this video. That said, it would be 1000x more impressive if you ditched the straps and belt. I understand you must need an ego boost or something, because you've posted this in multiple sections.

    It's pretty good. I'd try not to bounce so much, but whatever makes you happy. Most I've ever pulled is 405x20 rest-pause (no touch and go), and I've done 605 conventional, so you're in that ball park most likely.

    I have no doubt you could get 30 soon as well. But, whether it happens or not depends on if you can figure out your form haha. Watch your knees the second the bar bounces, its still in the bottom and you've got your legs straight. Congrats bro, impressive lift, but with some form tweaking, you'd be pulling some competition numbers

    just seen ur squat, and ur bench.

    I'm good at deadlifts, decent at squats. But my bench is horrible. Any tips for me?

    my squat ain't bad its 460lbs below parallel. Bench is 305lbs.

    I think my triceps are the weak link, any idea on tricep exercises?

    Thx bro. My main goal is bodybuilding. I have no plans on competing in powerlifting. I would do awful in it.

    I can only deadlift with straps and gloves on. If not i rip my hands apart. And with my full time job, i work with my hands all day.
