Lets look at two back days, say you're limited by time to 5 exercises, assume same # of sets/reps for identical exercises, similar sets/reps for varied exercises
Day A
Chins
Deadlifts
Dumbell rows
Preacher curls
Narrow grip curls
Day B
Chins
Deadlifts
Dumbell rows
Tbar rows
Cable rows
Wouldn't day B always warrant more overall growth? Let's leave elite competing bodybuilders out of it... for the avg Joe is there any value in iso lifts?
