Haha. My wife calls my supplement cabinet the "steroid cabinet." I got my tub of White Flood yesterday, used about 1 1/4 scoops for my chest workout today. It doesn't give you the intense rush of energy that some other PWOs do, but you'll notice yourself losing track of time at the gym. When you do finally notice the clock on the wall you'll think to yourself, "Whoa, I've already been here an hour? I'm still ready to do more." That's why I like WF so much personally.

I've been thinking about purchasing some WF too; up until now I've only ever used creatine or eaten high energy foods like 45 mins prior to lifting. So I've never taken an energy stim, Creatine doesn't do anything for my energy, just helps my lifts to increase.

Do you need to eat food aswell prior to workout or will WF be enough alone to get you ready?

i just got my samples of white flood, green mag and superpump 250. wish i would have gotten purple wrath to.. but im trying superpump sunday and the white flood and green mag on monday . then i cycle off preworkouts for 2 months while on oxyelite. then who knows
