brah, i went from 158 lbs barely able to put down 100g oats and a protein shake, to eating 1500 calorie breakfasts in 2 months. its not that hard. honestly if you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen.
i used to get criticized and joked at because when i would go out to eat with friends and especially girls they would eat more than me. i would order food and literally take a few bites and be full. now its the opposite, i eat and people are literally astounded at how much food i can eat at one sitting.
i put dinner meals down like this easy and then eat 1k more calories before bed

Doubtful. You just need some good sleep tonight. Fridays are my heavy/intense day on Madcow and I used to go out and get shwasted and be out all night and barely get any sleep and then still be able to make my lifts on Monday. Eat a ton of food, take a nap, and try to get to sleep early tonight. You're in a sleep debt right now, but it's nothing that isn't fixable.
Ouch, sorry. I don't know that feel, I'm one of those drunk roommates. My log http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149523363

AHH man you better hit it hard if you skipped out on leg day for the week lol I can see how that would be a small issue.
Thanks, still a longgg way to go, need to weigh in and do updated pictures end of week 8.. currently working week 7 almost over.
Main focus is legs, and back
stats??
Nice bro, find your motivation and hold onto it. If you are looking for a pre workout there are better things out there than NO EXPLODE.
PROPS FOR THE TWO CENTS, GREAT ADVICE
JESUS....I would of told him STFU lol and if he continued may have been a bigger problem. Atleast you still got some gym time in, make sure you continue to eat and catch up on your sleep. I wouldn't say it was a waste if you still pushed yourself some. Some gym time is better than none.
lmao another post about lack of sleep, I make sure I passout before midnight or 1am. Get roughly 7 hours of sleep a night. No problems here
WOW. no weight loss? Guess you put on some solid weight doesn't wanna go anywhere bro. Keep up the good work, DAYS i know i slacked i try to throw in some cheat mealsWe Win OR We Learn

back day!
Today ....was ...crazyyyy. So motivated, so we are racing for the 400lb deadlift before the end of the year. Starting back up I did 225 for 4 sets of 8 last week. Today, I cranked my music....and wanted to see how much I could do. Last set I tried my max and hit 295 for 1 rep. Was hard as fark but I did a complete rep. STOKED. ahhhWe Win OR We Learn

Want some motivation?
Exactly 2 years ago I weighed 135 lbs. The sad part? I was 6'3".
Exactly 1 year ago I weighed 145 lbs. The sad part? I was 6'3".
Today I weigh exactly 175lbs. The sad part? NONE
If you don't think its possible, that you're genetics prohibit you from gaining weight and muscle, there is HOPE for you!
I may not be the biggest, bench the most, or have the largest 'turnaround' transformation of the century, but I sure as hell have busted my ass and dieted like a crazed morbidly obese man that only eats healthy foods for the past 2 months where 80% of my gains have been.
I FULLY EXPECT to be 210 lbs by the beginning of this summer. When I reach 200-210lbs I will cut and be SHREDDED.

I like to eat a baked potato with 1 tbsp of butter. Gives me some carbs to lift without feeling bloated, full, or sick. I've tried drinking a protein shake about 30 minutes before I lift but liquid other than water in my stomach while I'm squatting makes me feel gross.

Long story short, been through some rough times, have a chronic illness, lost weight, went down to double digit weight, never weighed more than 100 in my life, started lifting am at I am guessing from the last time I checked, probably 110+, so went from double digit to 110+, fairly short, 5'4-5'5. What should my goal weight be. Advice also appreciated.

Thank you for your compliments about my 1st ever posting here on BB.com.
A dehydrator...hmmm...whatever you can afford and works well for your space in the kitchen or barracks...we get what we pay for is pretty much still true.
I had one cost about $90.00 and lasted well for nearly 5 years...and then it just started to fall apart due to the heat and almost constant use.
This current one I have cost about $30.00 on sale...and is less than 2 years old...and the plastic racks (separation levels) are starting to crack and break.
Time for me to get a new one too.
I am going to look into dehydrator with metal racks.
The heating element nor fan do NOT seen to burn out or break...but the plastic racks..that is what fails.
RESPONDING TO YOUR QUESTION:
~ Seasonings for Jerky ~
~ I personally DO NOT BUY "rubs"...they usually have ingredients I do not want to eat...so I just use a LITTLE bit of Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, lots of Pepper, some small amounts of Chili Powder, and Cayenne Pepper...all to (my) taste.
I have used Lemon Juice and ground Pepper, too.
Just experiment...create your own recipe...enjoy!!
Please PM me if you wish to correspond more one-on-one via personal email...it's a faster way for me to communicate than this message board.
Thanks!
Best Regards,

I carry a protein shake to the gym and finish it off during the workout (around 400 ml whole milk + 30g whey). I have no issues holding it in and it actually makes my workouts better
About an hour before I workout I get in some PB or Peanuts (enough to get me around 10g of protein), a banana and some other random stuff* Skinny to non skinny transformation crew * - I am gonna effin nail this
