More proof that weight means nothing!
Looked aesthetic as phuck in the beginning of the routine just standing around/in a side tri.
Posing could use some work in a few areas, mainly RLS.
Nice job on taking the overall, definitely had better posing/conditioning than the other dude who looked to be in his 30s~Sh!tty Chest Crew~ CEO & Founder

Jeff is a master at posing isnt he? LOL. You looked so polished up there, definitely outshined the guy in the overall video. While you need more overall mass...we're fuking 21-22 dude. You may be 160 but look 180s due to your aesthetics and muscle bellies. Hell of a frame you have and its only gonna get better.

Jeff was so much help (obviously). He showed me things I never would have thought of. Thanks man. Yeah I need more mass for sure. Thats why I want to have a nice long productive offseason. At our age we can make so many improvements from show to show. I feel like I'm always gonna be pulling a Centopani lol.

Welp, gonna take a few days off and relax and plan out my offseason. I'm definitely gonna change up my split that I've been using for the past 4 years. Also, since I'm already in the habit of counting my macros I'm gonna try and keep that up as well. Help me track my weight better and adjust what needs to be adjusted. This show has given me fuel to work even harder for my goal. That pro card!

I've been training the same way for awhile. (high volume/one a week bodybuilder style)
Personally when my off-season comes (after summer lol...) gonna give PHAT training a go.
Cause going from 1x a week mid-reps to 2x a week, one day low reps and one day high-reps. Don't see how it won't deliver results.
