    How many reps do you do total in one of your day at the gym?

    not sure if anyone ask, just asking for fun but like on your chest day or back and biceps something like that, how much reps do you do total if you added all up?

    i tend to do 4 set of 10 reps over 6-8 exercise so around 320-360 reps

    Or workload/volume (sets * weight used).
    Total reps doesn't tell you anything.
