It is said and believed that music plays a vital role in ur exercise routine .. If there's a slow motion track you'll end up getting tired quickly whereas If it's a high end upbeat track .. I m sure we all would want to do more exercise the energetic way
Just wanted to have favourite songs lined up that wud rock ur exercise n mine too
