Everybody has those things they really want for their body. Here are mine:
-chiseled face with that well defined jawline
-perky bubble butt
-flat stomach (abs would be nice, but not required for me).
-tight, mid-sized chest
-ripped arms (not too big though).
bonus: 30-32 inch waist.

1. Cannonball shoulders (I liked the term haha)
2. Wings for lats
3. flat stomach
4. Legs the same size as my waist
5. Arms to fit the rest.
I may cut down to have a six pack someday after I lose all this weight but its not that important to me. I can be perfectly healthy without the abs.
4. is an exaderation but I want legs.

Outside of that not alot. Maybe I could wish for a little bit more height though. lolGetting back to it. First order of business, cut a bit.
Goal to that is to run the Peachtree Road Race this year. Currently up to 3.5/6 miles nonstop.
Update: Well, I beat 22000 other people in the Peachtree... only took some 90 minutes lol.

2. Finish losing the moobs
3. Any definition is gravy. I have a big chest and shoulders, and am happy with my arms. I just need to keep cutting the fat down and Im happy.
